At Parfothèque, each order is prepared with care to ensure the safe delivery of vintage and collectible fragrances.

Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

As items are sourced from a private archive and prepared individually, processing times may occasionally vary.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically and internationally, subject to carrier availability and destination regulations.

Please note that some countries restrict or prohibit the import of perfumes due to alcohol content.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that fragrance products are permitted for import into their country.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers with tracking whenever possible.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Packaging

All fragrances are packaged carefully to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Vintage bottles may be fragile due to age. While we take every reasonable precaution, slight cosmetic wear to vintage packaging does not constitute damage.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Parfothèque has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Parfothèque is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Customs processing delays

Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and item received

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Failure to collect

Refusal of delivery

Any additional shipping costs incurred may be deducted from a refund, if applicable.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notice on Vintage Fragrances

Vintage and discontinued perfumes are collectible items.
Minor signs of age or wear are inherent to archive pieces and do not constitute shipping damage.
